Portrait of Ashley Woltjer, mental health therapist

Ashley Woltjer MS, LPC-S, NCC

My name is Ashley, and I am a mental health therapist and the owner of Blooming Mind PLLC in Jenks, Oklahoma.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) and National Certified Counselor (NCC), I work primarily with children and adolescents who struggle with behavioral, emotional, and communication difficulties related to autism, ADHD, sensory processing difficulties, and trauma responses.

I use an individualized approach with each client based on their specific needs and goals, but I naturally lean into a humanistic theoretical framework focusing on congruence, empathy, and unconditional positive regard throughout each session. I offer traditional talk therapy as well as a specialized variety of therapeutic approaches including interactive play therapy, art therapy, and infant mental health modalities, and animal-assisted therapy activities.

I believe that empowerment and comfortability drive people to create growth and change, so I strive to provide a safe environment for my clients to feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, expressing their feelings, and shaping their own values and worldviews. I assist in fostering diversity, advocacy, and inclusion with unconditional respect to all.

I obtained a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Northeastern State University in 2016, a Master of Science in Counseling with an emphasis on clinical mental health from Northeastern State University in 2019, and a Master of Philosophy in Psychology from Walden University in 2024. I am currently a doctoral candidate at Walden University and am working toward completing a PhD in Psychology degree.

Ashley is in network with most insurance plans including Aetna, BCBS, Cigna/Evernorth, First Health, Health Choice, Healthcare Highways/90 Degree Benefits, Medica, United Healthcare (UHC), and United Medical Resources (UMR). Ashley also accepts private pay.

Portrait of Chelsea Easton, mental health therapist

Chelsea Easton MS, LPC-C

Hi, I'm Chelsea, a pre-licensed therapist specializing in anxiety, depression, and PTSD, which means I help people face their inner Voldemorts, Darth Vaders, and plot twists they never asked for.

When I’m not helping clients navigate the challenges of life, you’ll find me re-watching Harry Potter for the Nth time, binge-watching Star Wars (yes, even the prequels), or escaping into a great book.

Together, we'll turn your overwhelming chapters into a story of resilience and growth because everyone deserves to be the hero of their own saga.

I attended and successfully completed my Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling at Mid-America Christian University. This experience was both challenging and rewarding, as I gained comprehensive knowledge and practical skills to support individuals facing mental health challenges. The program's faith-based approach provided a strong ethical foundation and nurtured my commitment to serving others with compassion and professionalism. Through rigorous coursework and hands-on internships, I developed the expertise needed to address diverse mental health needs. Completing this degree has been a transformative step in my journey toward making a meaningful impact in the field of counseling.

Julie Foster MS, LPC-S

Hi, I’m Julie. I believe that life’s "middle chapters" can often be the most challenging to navigate. Whether you are facing the complexities of divorce, the physical and emotional shifts of perimenopause, the transition to an empty nest, or the heavy weight of career burnout and aging parents, you don’t have to carry it alone.

My path to counseling was built on a foundation of real-world experience. Before becoming a therapist, I spent 15 years as a Licensed Assisted Living Administrator. This gives me a unique, boots-on-the-ground understanding of the emotional and logistical toll that comes with caring for elderly loved ones. I also have an extensive background in community mental health, working with trauma and severe mental illness. My approach is warm, practical, and deeply rooted in the belief that your past experiences, no matter how messy, are your greatest strengths.

As a lifelong resident of Broken Arrow, I raised my son here as a single parent and understand the grit it takes to build a resilient, meaningful life. I bring that same authenticity into our sessions, providing a safe, non-judgmental space where we can untangle the "what now?" of your life together.

When I’m not in the office, I’m likely cheering on my favorite college football team, experimenting in the kitchen, or planning my next travel adventure. I am also desperately trying to improve my golf game, though my two dogs, Jack and Goose, seem much more impressed by my cooking than my swing.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and went on to successfully complete my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My experience is vast and full of life lessons that help me connect deeply with those in my practice. I am honored to use my background to help my clients foster growth and rediscover their own voice.

Julie is in network with most major insurance plans and also accepts private pay.

Shelly Kerr LPC-C

My name is Shelly and I am currently a licensed professional counselor candidate. My path to counseling began in the classroom. Fourteen years as a teacher taught me patience, empathy, and the art of listening between the lines. Those skills only deepened when I earned my master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Oklahoma in 2024 and stepped into my role as a therapist.

My background in science, education, and counseling has shaped me into a lifelong learner and dedicated helper. I connect easily, communicate clearly, and find joy in helping others discover tools for emotional balance. I use a variety of approaches because I realize everyone has unique issues and may require a different type of therapy. Two of my favorite types of therapy are acceptance commitment therapy (ACT) which focuses on being present, discovering values, and taking actions according to those values, and Gestalt therapy which helps clients make meaning out of their experiences.

Ashlyn Williamson MS, LPC

Hello! My name is Ashlyn. I am a licensed therapist focusing on clients with anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as behavioral and communication issues in children and adolescents. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, my goal is to create a space that you feel accepted, supported, and heard. My passion is to assist clients in advocacy, in finding their voice, and helping them build confidence to use it.

I received my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northeastern State University in 2023. My experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults. Emily Stabler MS, LPC-C

Hi, I'm Emily!

Taking the first step toward therapy isn't always easy, and I'm so glad you're here.

Our minds can be really convincing. Maybe anxiety keeps you caught in endless "what if" thoughts, depression has made it difficult to recognize yourself, or past experiences continue to affect your present in ways you didn't expect. You may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or simply tired of carrying everything on your own. Whatever brings you here, you don't have to navigate it alone.

I believe meaningful change begins with feeling seen, accepted, and supported. Therapy is more than learning coping skills—it's having a place where you can slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and show up exactly as you are. You don't need to have the perfect words or know where to start. Whether you need a space to laugh when it feels right, cry when you need to, ask hard questions, or simply be yourself, I'm here to meet you where you are. Therapy doesn't require perfection—it simply asks for a willingness to begin.

I enjoy working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and body image concerns. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person's unique needs. I integrate evidence-informed techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients better understand themselves, develop practical coping strategies, and move toward the life they want to live. I believe therapy isn't one-size-fits-all, and together we'll find an approach that feels right for you.

Healing doesn't mean life suddenly becomes easy. It means learning to respond to life's challenges with greater self-compassion, confidence, and resilience. My hope is that therapy becomes a space where you feel supported, challenged when you need it, and reminded that growth is possible—even on the difficult days.

Wherever you're starting from, I'd love to walk alongside you as we work toward the life you want to build.

Emily is in network with Oklahoma medicaid (Soonercare/SoonerSelect) plans and accepts private pay.
